Do you think I should attempt to hand feed baby Squiggly or do you think it is too soon? If so, what should I offer him a live clam or a piece of scallop? I know he eats both of those.
My advice would be to make sure he gets used to your hand before trying hand feeding. Sounds like he'll go for it, though.
Despite all my interaction with Ollie, I've always used a feeding stick. It was a far reach down into the tank and I found pieces of scallop very slippery to hold. The stick is just an extention of my hand.
