Simply go here (edit: link removed), and then look for the line that says "There are 1 user(s) on chat now [ Click to join chat ]"...

For those who have never experienced it, Chat is Web-based application that allows participants to type messages back and forth to each other in real-time. You can drop in anytime, but don't be surprised if you find the room empty -- it takes two to tango! To make the most of it, you might want to send a private message to your friends and request they meet you for Chat at a certain date and time.
Note that the lifegaurd is not on duty. Swim at your own risk! Remember to protect your own privacy and don't say anything online that you wouldn't say to a person you met at the park. Also, children should never enter any Chat room without adult supervision.
