Ceph stuff on eBay

Found and picked up this Octopus stress reliever on eBay. Seller shipped pretty fast, as in I had it two days after purchase. It's bigger than what I expected, then again my ADD got the better of me and I neglected to read the details. All I saw was rubber Octopus - gotta have it :biggrin2:

You know I saw this the other night when I bought my rubber octo, and really thought about buying it. I just don't have anywhere to put it. I've set aside a room in my house for an Octopus, but I would hate to keep something like this indoors...
 
There is a bronze one made either from the same or a similar mold designed as a table base that is very, very nice priced around $2000 (plus shipping). Maybe one day it will sit in my breakfast room, I have the glass top waiting for it :wink:
 
Nordic 6" Red Naval Night Vision Flashlights

I bought two of these after my LED flashlight (the one I did not drop in the aquarium :oops:) started to have issues (flashlights just don't NEED computers). While waiting for them I finally determined the connection issue and it works fine again :roll:.

These are not as bright as the the 4.5 (3 triple A batteries) volt one I have been using but I was looking for something dimmer that still takes standard batteries. These use two double A's and I am hoping they will bother the octos less (the brighter one will send them hiding if they get the light from the center but the edge light was fine). I can't see as well with them but they seem to be a decent little light for the price. Additionally, unlike my brighter one, this has a very simple mechanical red to white setting (the front slides) and will stay red when you turn it off.
