octos&fish a good combanation ?

nope, the fish will probably attack the octopus, failing that the octopus will still try and eat them!
 
The octopus might try to attack things up to 1.5 times the length of their mantle. Smaller fish like damsels will be too fast to be eaten and can sometimes annoy the octo.
