I have been reading about Bimacs for a couple of months now and am ready to start a tank for my future purchase of a bimac. This is what I have let me know if this will work, Seaclear system 2 46 Gal. Bowfront I will be adding a skimmer, live rock and sand. Is the filtration good enough or will I have to add a sump? Thanks

The tank is a tad on the small side, but you should be o.k., as long as you keep your parameters in check.
I am not familiar with that filter system, do you have a link?

If the filter can handle a heavy bio-load, and with the addition of a skimmer, you should be set!

:welcome: to Tonmo !
