New teeny octo id help please

I don’t think it’s a joubini or a merc… hoping it’s not a dwarf but looks a bit like a bocki was shipped to my lfs as a prickly octopus whereas most dwarves are labeled pacific brown no matter where they came from

Unfortunately it seems it was a dwarf species since it died a few days ago. I was so hopeful for it being a briareus but I will have to order one that is confirmed in the future! I’m hoping to be able to get a chiller to keep a bimac soon. Keeping my fingers crossed that I can find a small one on the coast then release after a few months
