ceph chat room?

this is a humble plea to the all mighty web master tony morelli (aka tonmo himself) to start a cephalopod chat area room thingy. the formums are great for somethings, but if a user has an emergency, a chat room would take a lot less time for a reply. if you don't start it no big deal.

Thanks Bob, Chat rooms have come and gone several times on this Website. It's difficult to pull it off the right way. It is on my very long "to-do" list...
