Lmao, Ursula had nothing underneath. I remember pausing that movie at a point were she opened up her tentacles fully while swimming straight foward in front of the TV giving a clear shot...and theirs nothing. But she was part human anyway. Definately my favorite disney villian. At least she had webbing between her arms.
