VIENED OCTOPUS

I'd like to get a Vulgaris octopus but I cant seem to find trust worthy info so Im turning to tonmo alot of pages say a Vulgaris is a regular octopus I just want a red octopus with a mantal about the size of a grown mans fist. Ill send in pics from TFH magazine they call them viened octopus

I understand they would need a large tank would a 75 gallon be good or should I aim for a 150 gallon
