Hello all!
I'll be giving a talk soon and I'd like to see how the community here usually pronounces certain scientific names? I tried looking up on Latin videos to learn more about it but only came out more confused
Would be great to 'hear' if you guys pronounce these names differently or not:
vulgaris - vuhl-GAH-ris
bimaculoides - BEE-mah-coo-LOY-dees
papillae - PAH-pee-lee (I was taught that ae in latin has the ee sound?)
wunderpus - WOON-duh-puhs or WAN-duh-pus?
Hapalochlaena - HA-puh-lo-klee-na
