Kids "squidding"

Just thought you'd like to see some of the kids we had in recently to do our squid dissection lab (I have permission to put these on the web! ) This is one of the many programmes we run at the aquarium!

The kids learn about molluscs, cephs in particular, then do a dissection followed up with visiting the octopus in the aquarium!

They generally have a ball! AND we make parents get their hands dirty too!!!!

The Girl has a disgusted expresion cos the boys next to her had just ruptured the digestive gland and it was.......aromatic!!!
