well hex is doing great... only comes out during the day... ive never seen hex out at night and had the octo for i dont know 3 weeks now... loves the fiddlers and clams. anyway heres a few pics i snapped the other day. hex is getting big fast. probably doubled in size since i aquired it.

He got it from one of his friends I think that had one at an aquarium shop. Vulgaris species aren't that common to get despite it being the most common octopus around the world.

You'd need a 100+ gallon tank for Vulgaris cuz they can grow large w/ 3 ft. long tentacles.
