[Octopus]: Finally got a dwarf octo at my lfs this morning...

Got home and put into a critter keeper while I got this ten gallon ready with rock and chaeto from my established 55 and 75 gallon tanks. The blue pic is from the store just to show his size. He is currently tucked far into the shell in the front of the tank and I’ve parked myself in front waiting for him to emerge! I’ve put two medium size turbos in with him and will be getting a few tiny hermits for either his entertainment/food or to clean up.

Up at 5 am (as usual recently) and knew I had to check on my little friend before trying to go back to bed... found him near the top of the water line... after I turned on a light, he made a beeline for the rocks which I missed cause I was too busy typing here XD more to come in a few hours or later today

Thanks, found out that spring is usually the end of their lives so I won’t be buying them from lfs again around this time of the year
