Little update, my bandensis has continued to add eggs to the original 8 laid, and now has a total of 24 eggs.
But is it possible that she has laid fertile eggs with no male present, 32 weeks after arrival? Can she keep sperm packets in her body long enough to do that? How will I know if an egg ISN'T fertile? The latest were just laid day before yesterday, and all are still dark-looking.
I've taken some not- great pics with a digicam, is it possible to post them directly onto the thead here?
