I would say so. Def not Amphioctopus marginatus. Common names are weird!

It is just that you would think the Smithonian would do a better job than that 
Assuming I am correct about the species, the mating sequence probably went a lot differently than the video portrayed and I don't quite get why they would make the sequence they presented.
