[News] Giant ammonite on display in Vancouver

Fond in a coalmine in Sparwood, the second largest ammonite ever found in Canada is about to go on display at the Courtenay and District Museum and Paleontology Centre. It is 1.5m across, is 150 million years old and has not been positively identified.
