Super glad to have found this magazine as an octopus obsessed undergrad. I'm currently working on changing my major so I can work with/research marine life later on and would love some advice from anyone who currently works in that area. Thanks!

Welcome to TONMO! That's an exciting change -- there are many TONMO'ers in the area; you're in the right place (referring to both this site and also CA) for your chosen path. If you are within striking distance from MBA / MBARI in Monterrey, that is a good thing; and/or California Academy of Sciences in San Fran. Occasionally some internships pop up which may interest you as an undergrad... when do you plan to get in some experience / enter the work force?
