According to the cartoon network....the giant squid resides in the sky and all the stars we see are actually baby squid that have hatched. Daddy giant squid was eaten by a whale in the sky and mommy giant squid ended up in this farmers pasture, holding her eggs while the government sent a mobile lab unit to analyze her. Babies hatched and became stars and mama squid ended up being a flower garden !!!!
