Your tank is a little on the small side, but bandensis would be the cuttle. There is a very similar thread about tank sizes - I don't remember which one though.
I think Euprymna scalopes, The Bob-tail Squid might be a better choice, if you can find one. They are both difficult to find, the bib-tail is noctournal just fyi.
