I'm not Colin, but I can tell you that there are a number of people selling Sepia bandensis. I'm sure the "Paradox and Thales joint venture" have some left, and others have at least had some hatchlings recently. Check the "Cuttlefish Availability" thread here: Cuttlefish Availablity
