Tidepools & Powerheads

Tide Pool

Would this be ok for an octo tank? Has anyone here used it before with a ceph? I'm trying to decide between this and a wet/dry filter, but this says it does wet dry filtration too and I wanted to get some input on it before I go and spend around $300 on it (including the prefilter and pump).

Also, would I need a powerhead for an octo tank?

Thanks in advance.

I think it would be overkill but then... if you have a spare $300
