I have a general idea of what a sump is but do u make it, set it up, or buy it, do you have to have a section of your tank cut off, cos i think that takes away from the looks. Is that what an overflow box is?

Firstly, what are the benifits of a sump?

Do i need one?

can i use another tank as a sump (in the cabinet for example)?

How do i set it up?

If i don't have one, what do i need...

thanks everyone!!!

Are there any really good site with a detailed description of how to set up a sump? thanks again
