What is the most up-to-date version of this book series? I have found pdfs of some from 2005, 2006, and 2010, but the volumes seem to have inconsistent publishing dates. Do you know the best place to find the pdfs since they are free online? (If not physical books would be cool too, but that would have to be a purchase in the future).
