Name The Colossal Squid Model

"Maka nui" means big eye in Hawaiian (I know this piece of useful/useless information because I used to work with the Hawaiian Monk Seals at the Waikiki Aquarium and one of the animals was named "Maka nui".

Just interesting that the work "nui" means the same thing in both languages.

Children always come up with the most appropriate names.

I think all the Polynesian languages have the same or similar root (digging back into the dim dark past of Anthro 101 lectures here!) I'm pretty certain words like Marae, Mana etc etc mean much the same from Hawaiian to Maori!

Yeah the kids came up with some great names from Pinky to Tentacool to Karanui!

Also a few good cuttlefish/octopus/squid encounters.... well a big eye and a cuttle attack but yea, sweet.
