Live Rock and Cycle Time?

Our target date for setting up our aquarium is about a week and a half out!!!

We have a 65-70 gallon tall aquarium with an approximately 20 gallon sump.

I purchased about 40 lbs of dry live rock and plan to get somewhere between 25-30 lbs of already established live rock from our LFS. We also will have about 40 lbs of live sand to add into the tank as well.

My question/clarification needed is will I still need to wait the full 3 month cycle time on this tank with using that much established live rock?
