the giant pacific octopus is a species I've always wanted, I was wondering if it is even available on the fish market? Thanks

Hi Dwight,
They are interesting octopuses, but not for sale through the usual channels. They can be ordered by educational institutions, research labs and public aquariums. They also require a large tank (Even 800 gallons looks a little small):

Hi nancy
Thanks for replying! Wow, 800 gallons!! That's an impressive animal, I only have a 150 gallon tank, I've been trying to look for a o vulgaris, but I can't find anything anywhere, I did find one website called yourfishstore.com, but they look a little sketchy to me, do you know of any place where they might sell the o vulgaris. Thanks!
