I'm wondering if I could have a little help, I'm studying the Caribbean Octopus, and need to formulate a plan of enrichments - physical & food-based. needs based on the species , natural history

Good luck with your research, @kyles, and please do share any learnings. Hopefully you'll get some help from the community here but meanwhile, do try our Search feature; we've got 17 years of discussion here... plenty of conversations on enrichment, toys, etc.
Large, live shrimp make a natural food hunting enrichment (video of SueNami here). I have also found that a floating artificial ice cube (potentially a real ice cube would offer a treat inside) with a tie attached seemed to interest at least one O. briareus (video of KaySoh here). The later may work better for a public observation if you worry about taking criticism for feeding live food.
