Has anyone here dealt with them - for any live orders?
They have "cyanea" octo listed, and was wondering how reliable they were with identification, shipping, refunds, guarantees, etc.

I don't recall anyone ever mentioning ordering from them. I remember seeing one website listing O. cyanea but I can't remember which, that might be it, it was a randomly picked website.

I don't know how accurate their ID is either, but I would stay away from O. Cyanea unless your tank is very large.
