Age

Unfortunately, no. Size helps to distinguish juvenile from adult (if you know the species) but Individuals vary a lot within a species so size is not very helpful once an octopus is an adult. Lifespan also varies considerably so even knowing age is only somewhat helpful in determining longevity. I have had tank bread sibling mercatoris (dwarf Caribbean species) live as short as 8 months as as long as half a lifetime again at 13. Visually, senescence comes on rather fast and you can usually know the animal has lived out its life when it fails to color, the color it does have is splotchy, the "white" color is greyish and often there is an overall appearance of being bloated.
