Adult Briearus

According @Cuddlycuttlefsh years ago, it requires a range of 70-80, so 70 there on the low end... anyone with direct experience?
I would not keep a briareus lower than 72 degrees for any period of time. An occasional night drop to 70 is probably not harmful. Their native waters suggest 80 but 75-78 in an aquarium seems to give the fullest life span.
